Good use
                     Performance
It is advisable to put in function the hood a few minutes before you begin
cooking, in order to generate a natural air flow in the kitchen which
will catch the smoke and smells as soon as the emission.
Also, we recommend stopping the hood at least 5 minutes after the end of the cooking
in order to eliminate most of the residual smells and smokes.
Some Roblin hood models with electronic control enable you to program a pre-set stop.
 
                      
                     Good maintenance
                     The metallic filters should be cleaned at least every 2 months, according to use.
Washable manually or in a dishwasher. Liquid detergent is provided.
It is advisable to change the charcoal filter at least every 4 months.
A grease set-action indicator light on some Roblin hoods inform the user of maintenance requirements.
The stainless steel surface of the hoods can be regenerated with a specific cream to re-instate
a natural brightness: "Renov' Inox".
